Tyler Technologies has expanded its relationship with Wayne County, New York with a recent contract to provide the County with Tyler’s Land & Vital Records solution. Wayne County, which has run Tyler’s legacy solution since 2001 will migrate to Tyler’s Eagle Recorder and Clerk applications. The upgrade will enable the County to enhance the efficiency with which it manages official records. The contract includes software licenses, support and corresponding professional services.

Tyler Technologies has reached an agreement with the Northside Independent School District (ISD) in San Antonio, Texas, to provide Tyler’s financial management solution. Northside has selected a variety of applications from the MUNIS financial, human resource and revenue product suites. The District will also deploy several integrated solutions to facilitate document management and reporting. Additionally, Northside has purchased Web-enabled MUNIS Employee and Business Self Service to allow for online transactions. The contract, which is primarily funded through a 2004 bond initiative, includes software licenses, as well as related professional services, ongoing maintenance and support.

Tyler Technologies has signed a contract to provide the Concord School District (School Administrative Unit #8) in Concord, New Hampshire with Tyler’s MUNIS financial management solution. Additionally, Concord Schools has contracted for Operating System/Database Administration services. The deal includes related professional services, ongoing maintenance and support.

Tyler Technologies has contracted with the City of Gallatin, Tennessee to provide its MUNIS financial management solution. The City has selected several of Tyler’s MUNIS financial, human resource and revenue applications to improve operations. Additionally, Gallatin will implement MUNIS Business Objects and Tyler Content Manager Limited Edition to enhance reporting and document management. The agreement includes related professional services, ongoing maintenance and support.

Tyler Technologies has signed a contract to provide the Town of Allendale, South Carolina with its INCODE municipal court solution. Under the agreement, the Town’s municipal court will implement Tyler’s INCODE Court Case Management and INCODE Report Writer applications to increase operating efficiency. In addition to software, the contract includes professional services, maintenance and support.

Tyler Technologies signed an agreement with the First Judicial District Department of Correctional Services (Waterloo, Iowa) to provide Tyler’s EDEN financial management solution. Tyler Technologies has reached an agreement with the Western Virginia Water Authority (Roanoke, Virginia) to provide its MUNIS financial management solution. According to the contract, Tyler will provide applications from the MUNIS financial and human resource product suites, as well as MUNIS Business Objects and Tyler Content Manager Limited Edition. The Water Authority has also purchased Operating System/Database Administration services from Tyler. The contract includes related professional services, maintenance and support, in addition to software.

Tyler Technologies has signed an agreement with the Edwards Aquifer Authority of San Antonio, Texas. Based on the contract, Edwards Aquifer will implement a variety of financial applications from Tyler’s INCODE system. Additionally, the Authority has purchased INCODE Utility Billing CIS. The agreement includes corresponding professional services, ongoing maintenance and support.

Tyler Technologies has signed a contract with the Town of Ponce Inlet, Florida to provide its INCODE financial management solution. Under the agreement, Ponce Inlet has invested in Tyler’s INCODE financial, human resource and customer relationship management applications. Corresponding professional services, maintenance and support are included in the deal.

Tyler Technologies has signed an agreement with the Fort Worth Independent School District (ISD) in Texas to provide Tyler’s Education Management solution along with a Student Assessment Analysis System from Tyler’s partner, SchoolCity Inc. Based on the contract, the District will implement a comprehensive suite of Tyler’s fully integrated school information software. The agreement includes associated professional services, maintenance and support. Fort Worth ISD also uses Tyler’s MUNIS financial management solution and recently purchased Tyler’s VersaTrans transportation management, thereby gaining a total education software solution from a single provider.
