Tyler Client Support is divided into application-specific teams. The benefits are clear:

Customer Relationship Management
Tyler records all client contacts in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, tracking the history of each incident—including all pertinent incident, caller and resolution information.

Client Managers / Customer Care
Several of our products are supported through specific client management once a site transitions from implementation to the support phase. Client managers/customer care representatives are responsible for frontline call handling, client follow-up, and crisis management issues.
