SQL Workshop (IAS, A)
Participants in this hands–on workshop gain valuable information on the basics of SQL and where SQL can be used to satisfy daily information requirements. Tips will be provided for finding and interpreting data within the IAS database, and emphasis is placed on methods of greatest use in finding information stored within our data structure.

Ins/Outs of iasWorld Setups, Configurations and More Workshop (All)
This workshop provides participants with hands–on experience configuring iasWorld.  An overview of the administrative features will be reviewed and each participant will have the opportunity to configure and set up features in iasWorld.  Topics include, but are not limited to: role/user configuration and access, templates, transactions, tab access, setup forms, report access, dynamic and static lov’s, toolbar and search configuration.

iasWorld 101 – Beginners Workshop (All IAS)
This workshop is geared toward users who want to "get their feet wet" using iasWorld.  Emphasis is placed on basic/fundamental tools for using iasWorld, including general navigation through the interface, basic setup and customization and potential day–to–day activities.  This workshop will establish a strong foundation and understanding of the iasWorld product without delving into complex details.
